Thank you for visiting and shopping at R12 Botanical. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • Free Shipping on orders over £25
  • Expedited Shipping: Currently unavailable
  • Overnight Shipping: Currently unavailable

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses: R12 Botanical ships to addresses within the United Kingdom and selected international locations including the United States, Canada, and the European Union.
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to inquire about shipping availability.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: R12 Botanical is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@r12botanical.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will assist you in filing a claim or arrange a replacement where appropriate.

International Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping to selected countries, including the United States, Canada, European Union countries, Australia, and New Zealand.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
